Your travel document must be presented when boarding, either by printing it out, or presented on mobil phone/table/computer.
Keep it ready when boarding.
Tickets bought on this site is valid for the product you have bough, and the date/time stated on your travel document.
If you have bought a discounted ticket, remember to bring identification like student card, senior card etc. This must be presented whenever asked for on board. If you cannot document your right to a discounted ticket, there is a fine of 1500 Nok per traveller.
Tickets can not be amended-but you can cancel the ticket up to (not after) 24 hours prior to departure.
Claim of refund, togheter with booking id, name of tour must be sent by email to booking@norled.no
